During the demo we will show and taste breads made with a selection of our high-quality IREKS products.
We will talk about recipe ideas and the versatility of the IREKS items. We will also have a small lunch together.
Lunch will be served on the especially breads we are demonstrating.
Presented items will be:
low dosage items ( such as: improver, sourdoughs, malt products)
PASTE FOR TASTE products (= ready-to-use pastes which contains seeds, sours and malts)
bases and concentrates for specialty breads
gluten-free mixes
